MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Policies:

Westside Academy publishes an annual Parent-Student Policy Sheet and calendar.

Membership:

A one time family membership fee of $25.00 includes full membership to all programs offered at Westside. A $10.00 re-start fee will be charged to members that have dropped and with to re-register at a later date.

Tuition Structure:

For ongoing classes, tuition consists of a fixed monthly charge. The charges are based on a calendar of 48 classes per year. Occasionally there will be 3 or 5 classes in one month, but on average there will be 4 classes per month and the monthly charge will not change throughout the year. Tuition charges are posted to the customer account on the first day of each month and payment is due the first day of the month. A late fee of $25.00 is automatically charged to all accounts that are past due after the 1st of each month. Tuition payments are made through the Electronic Funds Transfer System through checking.

Dance Class Tuition:

50 min - 1 hour per week	$58.00 /month
1 hour Tap/Gym combination class	$62.00 / month
1.5 hour per week	$87.00 / month
2 hours per week	$116.00 /month
After 2 family hours of Dance, each added family hour	½ price

Westside Performing Company Tuition 2007 - 2008:

4 hours per week	$178.00 /month
4.5 hours per week	$193.00 /month
5 hours per week	$208.00 /month
5.5 hours per week	$223.00 /month
6 hours per week	$238.00 /month
6.5 hours per week	$247.00 /month
7 hours per week	$256.00 /month
7.5 hours per week	$265.00 /month
A 20% discount applies to: -Individuals enrolled in both Gym Team and Performing Company programs -Multiple family members enrolled in Performing Company or Gym Teams

Special Performing Company Classes Tuition:

Each additional hour	½ price
-Not included in Performing Company tuition or 20% discounted rate -Applies to all non-performing company classes.

Gymnastics Class Tuition:

50 minutes to 1 hour per week	$62.00 /month
1.25 hours per week	$77.00 /month
1.5 hours per week	$93.00 /month
2 hours per week	$124.00 /month
Each additional family hour	½ price
$25.00 Family Membership due at registration.
If your family is enrolled in both dance and gym you will receive 1/2 off the lesser cost of your 3rd hour of class.
