1 hour 15 minutes per week – $87 per month
1.5 hours per week – $105 per month
2nd class per week – 10% discount
3rd class per week – 25% discount
Each additional class – 40% discount

Students & family members enrolled in 2+ hrs Accelerated/Xcel/Performance Groups/Gym Teams 40% discount towards additional classes

Unlimited Gym Class Pass – $450 per month per student

Boys and Girls – 18 months – age 5

Student must be in age range listed by 9/1/17

Parent Child 18-30 months

Gymnastics

This class requires parent participation and is designed for the parent and child to take class together in a fun environment. Class will focus on locomotor skills, hand-eye coordination and basic skills on all apparatus. Educating parents on spotting and progressions will also be incorporated.


Parent Child 24-36 months

Gymnastics

This class requires parent participation and is designed for the parent and child to take class together in a fun environment. Class will focus on locomotor skills, hand-eye coordination and basic skills on all apparatus. Educating parents on spotting and progressions will also be incorporated.


3 & 4 Year Olds

Gymnastics

First class flying solo (without parents). This class will work on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, basic shapes and body awareness.  Gaining an understanding of class structure, moving through circuits, following directions and taking turns.  Pre-basic gymnastic skills- (donkey kicks, monkey jumps and age appropriate gymnastics terminology).


4 & 5 Year Olds

Gymnastics

Motor skills are more refined and children learn basic gymnastics skills.  Cartwheels, rolls, handstands as well as more difficult strength, flexibility and balance drills.


3-5 Year Olds

Gym Stars
Hot Shots

Gym Stars students are required to have one year of previous gymnastics experience and a teachers recommendation.  Motor and gymnastics skills will be more refined as well as more difficult strength, flexibility and balance drills.

Hot Shots classes are teacher placement accelerated classes for the younger gymnast.  These classes will focus on building a solid foundation of core strength, flexibility, shaping and basic skills necessary for advanced gymnastics.


Girls gymnastics age 5+

Student must be in age range listed by 9/1/17

5–6 Year Olds

Level 1 and 2 gymnasts are taught beginning through advanced skills on all four Olympic events (bars, beam, floor and vault) in addition to trampoline and Tumble Trak. Skills are taught in a safe and progressive manner.


7–9 Year Olds

Level 1–3 gymnasts are taught beginning through advanced skills on all four Olympic events (bars, beam, floor and vault) in addition to trampoline and Tumble Trak. Skills are taught in a safe and progressive manner.


8+ Year Olds

Level 4 classes include more advanced tumbling and dance skills are taught. This class progresses into the Xcel program once required skills are met.


9+ Year Olds

Level 1–3 gymnasts are taught beginning through advanced skills on all four Olympic events (bars, beam, floor and vault) in addition to trampoline and Tumble Trak. Skills are taught in a safe and progressive manner.


Boys gymnastics age 5+

Student must be in age range listed by 9/1/17

5–8 Year Olds

Gymnasts are taught beginning skills on all six Olympic events (vault, parallel bars, high bar, floor, pommel horse and rings).


7+ Year Olds

Gymnasts are taught beginning to advanced skills on all six Olympic events (vault, parallel bars, high bar, floor, pommel horse and rings).


Rhythmic Gymnastics


6-10 Year Olds

Girls Rhythmic

This class is held at the Training Center. Students learn dance and tumbling skills while using hoops, balls, ribbons, clubs and ropes.


xcel girls gymnastics

8+ Year Olds

Xcel is a recreational competitive team that competes in Portland Metro area competitions January through April. 
Bronze – Introductory level, 2x a week required (choose 2 days), 4 hours
                     Note: 1 day a week option applies to special circumstances
Silver/Gold – Intermediate level, 2x a week required (choose 2 days), 5 hours
Platinum – Advanced level, 3x a week, 7.5 hours
