FALL RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Up to 1 hour per week
 – $73 per month
1 hr 10min/1hr 15 minutes per week – $90 per month
1.5 hours per week – $110 per month

2 hours per week – $145 per month

2nd class per week – 10% discount
3rd class per week – 25% discount
Each additional class – 40% discount

Students & family members enrolled in 2+ hrs Accelerated/Xcel/Performance Groups/Gym Teams 40% discount towards additional classes

Unlimited Gym Class Pass – $475 per month per student
Family Academy Tuition Maximum – $750 per month
One Time Family Membership Fee – $30 due at registration (new students only)

Boys and Girls – 18 months – age 5

Student must be in age range listed by 9/1/19

Parent Child 18-36 months

Gymnastics

This class requires parent participation and is designed for the parent and child to take class together in a fun environment. Class will focus on locomotor skills, hand-eye coordination and basic skills on all apparatus. 


Parent Child 24-36 months

This class requires parent participation and is designed for the parent and child to take class together in a fun environment. Class will focus on locomotor skills, hand-eye coordination and basic skills on all apparatus. 


3 & 4 Year Olds

Gymnastics

First class flying solo (without parents). This class will work on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, basic shapes and body awareness.  Students will gain an understanding of class structure, moving through circuits, following directions and taking turns.  Students will also learn pre-basic gymnastic skills and age appropriate gymnastics terminology.


4 & 5 Year Olds

Gymnastics

Motor skills are more refined and children learn basic gymnastics skills.  Cartwheels, rolls, handstands as well as more difficult strength, flexibility and balance drills.


Hot Shots (4-5yrs)

Hot Shots

Hot Shots classes are teacher placement accelerated classes for the younger gymnast.  These classes will focus on building a solid foundation of core strength, flexibility, shaping and basic skills necessary for advanced gymnastics.


Girls gymnastics age 5+

Student must be in age range listed by 9/1/19

5–7 Year Olds

Level 1 and 2 gymnasts are taught beginning through advanced skills on all four Olympic events (bars, beam, floor and vault) in addition to trampoline and Tumble Track. Skills are taught in a safe and progressive manner.


7–9 Year Olds

Level 1–3 gymnasts are taught beginning through advanced skills on all four Olympic events (bars, beam, floor and vault) in addition to trampoline and Tumble Track. Skills are taught in a safe and progressive manner.


8+ Year Olds

Level 4 classes include more advanced tumbling and dance skills are taught. This class progresses into the Xcel program once required skills are met.

5-8 Year Olds

Gymnasts are taught beginning skills on all six Olympic events (vault, parallel bars, high bar, floor, pommel horse and rings).


6+ Year Olds

Gymnasts are taught beginning skills on all six Olympic events (vault, parallel bars, high bar, floor, pommel horse and rings).

7+ Year Olds

Gymnasts are taught beginning skills on all six Olympic events (vault, parallel bars, high bar, floor, pommel horse and rings).


power tumbling / stunting

6+ Year Olds

Power Tumbling/Stunting: This class will focus on the technical and athletic components of cheer, stunting, acrobatics and tumbling. STUNT is becoming the fastest growing female/male sport in the country and focuses on partner stunts, pyramids, basket tosses, group jumps and tumbling. Get a head start on this new path, which is opening doors for many young women/men in College Athletics - Acro/Tumbling, Cheerleading, Dance Team. Athletes must have a back handspring to be in the Int/Adv group. Future competing opportunities to come. All classes are held at the Training Center. Classes held at the Training Center are drop off only. Parents may drop off and come in two minutes prior to class ending.
